It’s easy to upholster!

Instructions on how to Assembling the Bench:

Center the bench in the middle of the fabric.	Then pull the fabric tightly to the center of the bench, and staple in place. Start with stapling each of the 4 side of the bench and make sure that staples is in the center.
Continue to staple the fabric into place so that the fabric does not move.	Then grab each corner of fabric and pull the fabric tightly to the center of the bench, and staple in place at the bottom.
Tuck the fabric and create a big pleat.	Continue to staple the fabric into place.	Trim or other accessories can be added to make the bench more decorative. Hot glue guns can be used to apply this.

These ottomans can be put in any part of the house such as your living room, bedroom or dressing area(s). These custom ottomans also serve as a great occasional seat when you have more guests. You could even use them as coffee tables.

This ottoman is made out of high density firm foam so it is lightweight and easy to store away.
The waterproof leatherette fabric is included, allowing it to be used for multiple different occasions and functions.

If your original back cushions look clumpy, out of shape, or doesn’t compliment your room; then bring your Sofa’s back cushions to Foam N’ More to renew their look and give you a better comfort and support for your back.

Using our top-of-the-line cluster fill filling or Feather and Down blend filling, we will renew your worn-out back cushions with a fuller, fluffier, plumper appearance with a supportive feel. Most customers purchase and love the feel of our cluster fill filling that goes inside an off-white casing with channels. You can choose from a soft, medium or firm filling. All of our customers are happy to see that their back cushions look brand new again.

If you do not like the idea of using cluster fill filling or the Feather and Down blend, then what we suggest to do is to use our Super Soft foam with two layers of dacron wrap. This option gives a more square, stiff look so you do not have to fluff your back cushion(s) continuously. This option also offers the most support.

If your back covers don’t have zippers, do not worry. We can un-stitch your covers, replace it with a new filling, and then re-stitch them closed for you. The labor for re-stitching a back cushion is $8.00. For most cushions we can also add a zipper for $11.00-$15.00/Cushion.

How to Measure

Instructions on how to make your own template

1. Place your paper on the floor with your cushion on top of the paper.

2. Carefully draw an outline around the cushion.

3. Remove the cushion and cut out the outline.

4. Ensure that the template is the same shape on the left and on the right by folding the paper in half to make sure it is equal on both sides.

5. Please mark the following items clearly on your template:

a. Your name, address and telephone number
b. The thickness of the cushion you require
c. The amount of cushions you require of that shape
d. The grade of foam you would like
e. If you require a “seat” or a “back” cushion

When we receive your paper template by mail we will custom cut your foam at no additional charge.

Replacement Sofa Seat Cushions
Please Note: When measuring foam cushions for new foam fillings there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration. The new foam interior needs to be slightly bigger than your cushion cover. This allows the foam to be slightly compacted and will help it to fill out the cushion cover properly. If the foam interior is too small then your cover will wrinkle when you sit on it. If the new foam fillings are too big, you may strain the seams and zipper of your cushion cover and your new cushion will look distorted and bulbous. When replacing foam cushion interiors with new ones, you will need to add – as a general rule – 1” to the cushion width and 1” to the cushion length. It is advisable to add 1” to the depth of the cushion as well. This will ensure that your cushions have a domed appearance rather than looking too flat.

Please Note: Measure in the same way as above for the length and width measurements. Add 2” to the depth of the cushion border. This will give your back cushions a lovely plump appearance.

All headboards comes with the five foam channels (D-Style Bolster) 6” wide x 3” Thick, wood, and screws.	All headboards come with screws, fold in half, and the legs come apart for easy shipping.

Instructions on how to Assemble the Headboard:

Our kit includes: 1 headboard with wood and screws to complete the kit! (Fabric not included.)

• To install the fabric on to the wood, pull the fabric tightly to the back of the panel and staple in place. Start with a few staples in the center and work your way out from the center.

• Continue by pulling opposite sides and stapling in place. Staple with 1/4-inch staples every 2 inches. Trim off all left-over material with a sharp utility knife or scissor.

• Then lay out the wood panel and bolsters before upholstering the headboard together.

• Please be sure to give us a call or send us an email with any installation or upholstery questions you may have.

For a gathered effect: Add 3 inches extra to the width and double or triple the length of your fabric strip, depending upon the amount of gathers you want. If you should run out of fabric or need to start the next piece DON’T PANIC! Simply fold the next strip of fabric over and lay it on top of the first strip. Continue gathering as you have been doing until completed.

Tip: The fabric should be sprayed with Scotchgard™ to protect the fabric before installing it on the headboard. You can always remove the staples if you want a different look or need to have the fabric dry cleaned.

		Headboard can be put together first before installing the fabric. To install the fabric onto the wood, pull the fabric tightly to the back and top of the panel and staple in place.
Continue by pulling the fabric tightly to the left and right side of the headboard, then work your way out from the center.		Cut strip of fabric 15″ x 24″. Place the fabric in the center of the leg and pull the fabric tightly to the back and staple the fabric in place.

1.5 Standard Foam: This is a medium density type of foam. It is intended for temporary use such as camping, guest beds, fold out beds, upholstering headboards, pet beds, packaging, arts & crafts, etc.

Plush Foam: This foam has a soft feel with a good quality. It is commonly used for sofa back cushion replacement, baby mattresses, and or mattresses for individuals with bed sores.

Premium Medium High Density Foam: This foam grade is medium high density foam. Mostly recommended for sofa seat cushions 5″ thick or thicker. If you are looking for support, comfort, and durability than this foam is for you. This kind of foam has rubber based characteristics which means it will not break down like ordinary foam. This foam will maintain it’s original shape and density for many years with daily use. This is our most popular foam for seat cushion replacements and is highly recommended. *No FR Additive*

HD23: This foam has a medium to soft feel depending on the body weight of the sleeper. It offers a high degree of comfort and will retain its shape and density for many years. This foam grade is a high density soft foam. This kind of foam has rubber based characteristics which means it will not break down like ordinary foam. Our Water jet cutting is capable of slicing any type of open cell and closed cell foam. The machine uses a jet stream of water that is forced through a tiny nozzle at a high pressure to perform precision cutting, and piercing up to accuracies of ± .005 leaving smooth, extremely accurate edges.

These water jet services are available to any manufacturer or customer that needs to protect delicate equipment and or could even be for professionals advertising their devices. This is the perfect environmentally friendly technological solution for nearly all cutting needs and is less expensive then laser and die cutting. No minimum order required.
