All of our foam upholstery and mattress products are CertiPUR-US which means there are no harsh bad chemicals.
In most cases there is no foam smell. But people with sensitive noise tens to smell the foam that we as for you to air out and the smell will go away. You would not be able to return the foam for this reason.

Please note: we vacuum pack all open cell foams to help reduce your shipping cost. For best results, please open your package right away. You will have to give the foam 1-2 days to come back to it’s original shape and size. It will look a little misshaped and not measure to it’s correct size until after you’ve let it expand back out to it’s original shape and size.

On our website you might see shipping costs listed as optional or as estimates, these are meant to give you an idea of what shipping will cost you; however, it does not determine your actual shipping cost. Shipping costs may be higher than listed on the web site if the order is shipping to the west coast, Alaska, or Hawaii, and of course for out of the country locations; because we are located in Michigan, this may mean higher shipping costs for your order. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.

Return/Vacuum Pack/Missshaped Policies:
For All Custom Orders – Since the custom cut foam pieces, custom cut water jet packaging foam, foam mattresses, wedges and pole bumpers are custom made to your specifications, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
For sanitary reasons- all foam products are not returnable if original packaging is opened. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs, Paypal fees) if the customer emails for return authorization within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. A restock fee of 20% will apply. All claims for damaged items or defects must be made at time of delivery with carrier.
Vacuum Packed Orders:
We vacuum pack the foam to reduce shipping costs. All vacuum packed packages should be opened right away for best results and quicker recovered results. The longer you keep the foam compressed in the package the longer it takes for the foam to expand which may cause the foam not come back to its original shape and size.
Once you’ve opened the package please give the foam 1-2 days to come back to it’s original shape. It will look a little misshaped and not measure to correct size until after you let it expand back out. Please contact us for any misshaped foam that has not come back to original shape within 2 days after opening the package. Please supply us with photos of your package so that we can assess the issues and get the order corrected for you.
Once photos are emailed please call us right away to confirm that we have received the photos. All photos of misshaped foam must be emailed to us within 2 weeks upon delivery date. Foam N’ More will not be responsible for any misshaped foam problems after 2 weeks of delivery date.
Foam N’ More is not be responsible for any missing pieces for more than 2 weeks upon delivery.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Our company has a 30 day warranty that covers any natural damage such as: damage in shipment or deterioration that causes the product not to return to it’s original shape. The warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam or a decrease in the slow recovery feature. Please have your original receipt saved and present to process all return claims.
Yes, all of our foam products are brand new as well as the fabric. Yes, all of our products are Smoke free. All prices include insurance on return shipping.
Please note: Because all of our foam products are freshly made (especially the foam wedges and Charcoal Firm Foam, memory foam and HD23) the foam may have a small scent to it. This scent will go away within one week if you let the foam air dry out. We do not allow any returns for this reason.
The odor/out gassing is the final curing process which exchanges oxygen from the surrounding air. The US government does not consider this to be a hazardous substance.
It’s easy to order. Just call or e-mail us with the proper dimensions and the foam type that you are looking for and we’ll do the rest. We also offer you prompt price quotes over the phone or through e-mail; whichever is easiest for you. Shipping costs are also available and can be given to you by simply including the shipping zip code either over the phone or in your order inquiry via e-mail. Foam N’ More is also pleased to let our customers know that we do offer international and domestic shipping.
